Façade

Inovatec is the first consultancy company in Brazil to develop adhered cladding design. The designs are developed using a proprietary methodology, based on the PhD thesis of the engineer Jonas Silvestre Medeiros, our technical director.

The façade adhered cladding design presents the positioning schemes for suspended working platforms, steel beams, as well as the step-by-step sequels for implementing the details of wire meshes, movement joints, anti-cracking membranes, precast decorations, protection against moisture and other existing in the architecture. In addition, all designs developed at Inovatec include complete specifications of materials and its implementation techniques, which are presented in the sheets of specification, control and execution proceedings. Also, included in the design, are implementation visits on-site, work force training and production logistic guidance.
